I do not get why Israel does not do re-education centers where would-be terrorists can learn job skills and be successful at productive pursuits and demographically grow faster then the rest of the population due to successful integration and amalgamation. Surely such a protocol is both economically sensible as well as likely to achieve better success for the greater-good.
