VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 1998-- Royce Biomedical Inc. (OTC BB:RYBO - news;
The Company) is pleased to announce that they have received a letter of intent to complete a financing of $ U.S. 350,000.00
(three hundred and fifty thousand).
The funds generated by this financing will be devoted to operational costs at the laboratory and production facility in Irvine,
California and working capital for the Company. This financing is expected to complete in a timely fashion.
