Hey all, bit of a noob question over here. I don't understand what exactly 'exercise price' is. So for example lets take JJ.WT.A, it expires in January 2022 and has an exercise price of $5.00 I tried looking it up and I really don't get it. If the price goes past 5$ it cancels out the warrant?? Can someone explain in laymen terms? Thanks
