Good points... that all bear watching... I do not think that a kinetic response... means it applies only with proven attribution to a foreign state actor... i also found it interesting... how "critically important" pipelines feeding New York seem they are... And how easily missed was the irony of how "totally unimportant" pipelines feeding other places appear to be... to the same people. The pipeline I need... good... turn it back on right now. The pipeline others need... causes global warming all by itself... is evil... and must be shutdown ? I've seen no discussion at all of that overly obvious issue... its economic and political implications... and find that lack of consideration a curiousity.
