Are you saying that by putting your stock in the names of Mario, Jayne, Top Net, IWIC, etc., etc., you and family members are being advised not to file a 13 D? You had better get another opinion.

If such an obvious ploy were accepted by the SEC no one would file.

Hey, I thought you converted your preferred to common? Just how much damned preferred stock is there in this company?
