KAD, thanks for the article from Credit Suisse. Wall Street is obsesses with EPS and growth rates. I think the article points out to the fact that CPQ is paying much less than 9.6 billion for DEC.

The DEC deal is a good deal! Improvement in inventory turns and reducing DEC's aging of A/R's are definitely in the cards. CPQ has made dramatic improvements in these financial areas over the last couple years - it's plausible they can do some of the same at DEC.
