Sure he didn't. Saying the election was stolen, calling people to "find votes", calling for validated ballots to be thrown out, filing and losing over 60 lawsuits to do the same, etc. Not to mention, encouraging his minions to storm the Capitol Building to stop the validation. Just politics as usual. I am not saying Liz is some paragon of virtue. Just that she is sadly notable among Republicans in objecting to the attempts to steal the election. It is a poor reflection on the Republican party that she is an outlier in this.
