Omega Marine Chonometer, 4.19 Megahertz. I cant find the link I had from years ago so this is the next closest. iconeek.com Price seems a bit high but it's nicer with more paperwork and provenance than mine. Lovely little clock and will run a few years on two AA batteries. en.wikipedia.org
