RIGHT. And for the most part, all petty crimes. A few were a little more serious. None anywhere close to the seriousness of the Ashli Babbitt murder. Not even in the ballpark.
The worst of it is "assaulting officers" which usually means bumping into a cop, and on rare occasions actually hitting one which requires serious consideration. They will be looking to put a few in jail, for sure. But there are no actual weapons involved. And no deaths or serious injuries, other than Babbitt.
But they will find something on several people. They will exaggerate the charges to make it look serious, even though very little was actually serious and the numbers were much smaller than indicated.
But people DID commit crimes. Just as they do in riots in Detroit, St. Louis, Minneapolis, and the rest.
>> It didn't say that they were charged with insurrection.
>> Some of the speakers, organizers, and funders of 1/6 might be charged with seditious conspiracy.
That would be a shame, but I doubt it is going to happen. There was by any reasonable definition NO SEDITION.
You and the crew at "Trump Presidency" seem to be excitable. Reality is this is entirely blown out of proportion and if these people had been black there would have been few if any arrests (if Babbitt had been black the officer would have been arrested, if he were white).
This is all about Trump hate, and trying to make sure he is blamed for everything.
But Trump is looking pretty damned good next to Biden at this moment. Trump never made the kinds of mistakes the idiot you rigged the election for has made. |
