I wouldn't know about media bias since we do not own a TV. And I don't feel I am missing out on anything by not owning a TV.

I prefer to think for myself. I have not delved into the vaccine analysis in the way you have. I understand most people have taken the vaccine because they want their lives to return to normal. Whether they have been misguided or not remains to be seen. What I do know is that these vaccines have been rushed to market and no one really knows for sure what the side effects really are. My plan is to wait it out at least a good year and see what side effects come to light. I am allergic to lots of medications and tread carefully in regard to prescription drugs. My family and I have done quite well so far practicing common sense. Drugs or vaccines that have been approved for emergency use without approval is not up my alley to take. And I don't consider my stance in regard to the vaccine to be a political issue, but a healthy rational choice for the time being. I want to see what the real side effects are intermediate to long term before I make a decision to take the vaccine or not. When it comes to my health, if I am not sure and if my health is fine, I won't take a drug or vaccine that has been rushed to market. I wish just as much as most everyone else for life to return to normal. But health is the true wealth and I need to see a lot more evidence over time as to what the side effects of this vaccine are. I am in no rush to get vaccinated.
