I am not exactly sure why below came over wire today. The news is not new I think. Maybe we are being prepared for other news. Earnings out next week? The stock did not react at all to release with very little trading.

DiskOnChip(R)2000 Designed Into More Than 120 Boards; Significant Growth of DiskOnChip(R) 2000 Sales and Design Wins in the Embedded Systems Market

FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd.
(Nasdaq: FLSHF) today announced that industry support for the DiskOnChip(R) is
continuing to grow. M-Systems' DiskOnChip 2000 has been designed into over 120
Mother Boards, Single Board Computers and Industrial PCs since the product was
introduced in March 1997.

Listed among the companies that chose to design in a DiskOnChip 2000 socket
for their boards, M-Systems counts Taiwan's Luckystar, Portwell and Advantech,
and from the US, Ampro, Octagon, Radisys, WinSystems and ZF Microsystems. Other
companies are listed in the compatibility list on M- Systems' Web Site at
m-sys.com.

Many motherboard and SBC (Single Board Computer) manufacturers, facing
increased pressure to meet shorter design cycles, save board space and limit
power consumption, have chosen the DiskOnChip as the preferred Flash data
storage device for their systems. As a result, the DiskOnChip is quickly
becoming the de facto standard for Flash data storage in embedded systems.

The DiskOnChip 2000 is a 32-pin DIP bootable Flash Disk that provides full
hard disk compatibility, high performance, cost effectiveness, and extreme
reliability for Embedded Systems and applications. The DiskOnChip 2000 is
offered in capacities of 2-72 MBytes, with future models having capacities of
144 MByte and up, in a package smaller than a matchbox. Similar solutions from
other vendors provide only 8 MBytes, making the DiskOnChip the superior solution
in terms of density, performance, and cost.

The DiskOnChip offers the optimal solution for motherboards used in many
applications: embedded systems, hand held devices, Point of Sales and Point of
Information systems, next-generation entertainment and multimedia consoles
including DVD players, and Internet access devices such as Web TVs and digital
set-top boxes.

The DiskOnChip 2000 is supported by a wide range of operating systems. Support
for Windows CE and Windows NT was announced a few months ago, opening up the
opportunity to use this state-of-the-art Flash disk in many systems.

DiskOnChip devices are often used to host a bootable operating system. They
are compatible with DOS, Windows, Windows95, WinCE, WinNT and a growing list of
real time products such as VxWorks, pSOS+, QNX, PharLap and VRTX. For embedded
applications that do not employ an O/S, M-Systems provides FLite(R) firmware,
which implements a bootable FAT File System with the Flash Disk software (FTL).

M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers (NASDAQ:FLSHF) develops, manufactures and
markets flash data storage solutions utilizing TrueFFS(R), including a wide
range of Flash PC Cards, PC Flash Disks and DiskOnChip devices. For more
