Zead, i was only repeating what was told to me by another who usually knows. this wasn't anything relative to my own thinking. my own thinking would have said otherwise...so, we'll see; i bought back in on this advice too. what they said actually, (paraphrased) was that dell is "still in it's infancy" and that is has much growing to do. nothing was advised on IOM yet, although a few went back in as it appears cheap relative to where it was and relative to sales ratio. they're in the dark though, buying on past performance. it was obviously a great buy at $8! for what it's worth he also said the market has a ways to go up yet. and he could be right. there's a lot of nervous cash on the sidelines, as the market continues an advance, they could get that "itchy, gotta buy feeling". don't want to miss out you know.
