Without denying that there were interruptions
during this morning, is it fair to say
that trades were missed because of
the outage? There is always a trader available
over the phone to assist during down times. People
tend to be hesitant to initiate a trade because
there is no way to track it "live" but there is
always a backup system in case of down time. You
can setup to dial in directly also.

The new software will be released shortly. That
will take care of many of the glitches that occur now.
