Thanks a lot for your informative response. I do have another question. Do the same guide lines govern the OTC-BB market.

In other words, is it true that our shares cannot (legally) be used for margin accounts without our knowledge and consent?

I hate to be a P.I.T.A. but I have wanted this issue clarified for a very longtime.
