And none of this is debatable. Trump's brother admitted to the scheme. The NY Times has the falsified invoices. Trump's sister quit her life time appointment on the Federal Bench to avoid an investigation into the scheme. Trump's tenants have even launched a civil suit.

The Trump kids would use the falsified receipts to justify rent increases on their tenants which had to be approved by a state board. So not only did they save millions in taxes, they defrauded their tenants out of millions more dollars in rent.

Essentially they would charge Daddy Trump $800 for a $400 repair job and keep the extra $400 without paying estate taxes. Trump and his siblings laundered millions of dollars this way. But wait...it gets worse!

Whenever one of Daddy Trump's properties needed a repair, he would pay All County--the company created and run by his kids--to fix it. Only they would falsify the invoices and charge their Dad double and keep the extra money without paying estate taxes.

As a recap, Trump and his siblings created a shell company called All County Building Supply and Maintenance to launder their inheritance from their dad and evade estate taxes. The fraud was actually simple.
