for this type of manoeuvre to get flushed out of the system...

Hmmm. Fragility apparent when one guy tweeting... whichever way... causes markets to react as they have been to Musks "opinions". Suggests a lack of stuffing... for content fundamentally lacking stuffing other than "pump" or "dump"... to drive markets. Today's inputs, of course, up the ante an order of magnitude as the grace period for cryptos training wheels phase of finding balance appears to have ended.

The question raised is not just about "function within the system"... but about systems that foster such.

The crypto debate, of course, is about exactly that... saying it is not that the OTHER system needs to have "this type of manoever" flushed out... but that the entire system itself needs to be flushed...

What it leaves, in the wake of trading today... it should bring into focus that there is a competition between two systems... the news of the day suggesting only that both of them need to be flushed... in entirety... as the alternative system appears to be, if anything, fully dependent upon, only less robust and less viable on a fundamental basis than the system it pretends to be prepared to replace...

Best case read on it, today... is "not close to there, yet"... a fair reading give cryptos are still "early days", and as we've discussed often, not yet clear what will float well enough to survive the "first flush"...

Worst case ? Yeah...

Got silver ?
