They are most likely going to be bought out, since they are short on capital, and with an un-proven management team, aren't as able as Chris Brogden to raise capital. I think that the price hasn't risen because IHNI stockholders aren't as aware of the potential of NWCA as are the shareholders of NWCA. Just look at the share price of NWCA! Obviously the market believes more in their management than in IHNI! Unfortunately, we as shareholders can't do much to change that perception.
NWCA's relatively high regard is probably based on the past performance of Chris Brodgen's previous company, Retirement Care(RCA-NYSE), which grew from a penny stock on the NASDAQ, to be large enough to transfer to the NYSE. Admittedly, since then its chart hasn't been great, but the point is that that management team, plus other strong additions, are now in place at NWCA, and have a proven track record. Maybe when the paperwork has been filed with the SEC, or another bidder enters the picture, the price of IHNI will reflect what we feel its real value should be.
