Yes, we have (almost) 97 years old Grandma living with us. She doesn't want the vaccine and we are concerned that a bad reaction could end badly for her. Asymptomatic transfer is now known to be almost nonexistent. Does your brother want everyone else to keep their masks on? It also seems quite clear that masks, if they work at all, only protect the mask-wearer.
