JAGGF lags...

Previously Jaguar was the fastest growing of the gold producers, both in terms of more ounces being produced over time, and in terms of the financial impact as income and earnings. Covid whacked Brazil, and thus Jaguar, harder than most. They've recently reported for the quarter... a 14% decline in ounces produced... with a 20% rise in cash operating costs. That sums up to... marking time... as the rise in gold prices has neatly compensated for the operational deficits... to leave them slightly ahead in revenue... but only by 3%... that offset by other issues... making it roughly a wash.

Looking forward to the end of the Covid impacts... it leaves them set up to resume growth in production... while just returning to what they achieved in prior operations by undoing the 14% drop... means they're set up for a sudden large bump... with the impact of a return to higher rates of production perhaps amplified... by gold at higher prices.

This is the deep value end of the established gold producers currently... the shares still trading right where they were at the 1st of March... Currently yields 4.62%... which, to me, looks pretty spectacular for a gold miner offering higher growth rates than most.
