As I told el Jefe, I expect the judges to consider the consequences to their nation in making a decision, and I believe that is what they are doing by delaying the decision. I've been watching for a negotiated/arbitrated solution, encouraged behind the scenes by top government people. Also a legislated solution - there is a new mining law in the works, that L rrazar (sp?) guy, a retired parliamentarian and very respected, is heading up a commision. Until a week or two ago, I was checking El Universal and El Nacional, you can find them online by putting "Venezuela" into Yahoo and clicking on "Newspapers...etc". No time here lately. I'm quite flat the stock, by the way, just fascinated by the story.
