From my personal experience and was told recently - peace and quiet will be damaging to the regional leaders which will be toppled.

In Israel the PM and his friends are/will be on trial for severe criminal offenses, other example Kingdom of Jordan has huge economic problems from their own making so is Egypt and the list goes on.

The whole "so called war" is all but put politically driven with each party involved or related from afar interested to cover up their own problems

To divert attention from real problems you start unrest and the idiots on the various networks do not stop speaking about it instead of the real social economic problems
