Hi... I wasn't expecting this today on the WSTL front. I really thought WSTL would have received some of the order. Anyway.... where do we go from here. Does this announcement indicate CAP will not get orders for initial deployment for ADSL??

It certainly looks this way for this order. Let's look at the ISPers... Do you see them going with large integrators??? I know in Chicago WSTLs equipment is being used for deployment. I don't believe that ISP is using a large company... but then again they aren't buying large amounts of ADSL equipment.
