The CFO left because he was fired, as confirmed by the company earlier. Certainly accounting for the shortfall of revenues last quarter seems to have been his responsibility because he was terminated just at the end of the quarter.

The recent upgrade by Prudential could be suspicious. Maybe they were trying to inflate the price so as to get their own investors out. Of course that is always the suspicion in such a case but there was only about a one day upside to the upgrade (if any).

I was out last quarter when earnings were reported and the stock went from 8 to 5. Unfortunately this time I stayed in, mostly because of the Prudential upgrade.
