Waldy, I don't think it's necessary to get all worked up and look for someone to blame. It's as simple as someone once said about Oakland: "There's no there, there." Investors are a strange breed. Good ones can smell opportunity with a capital O. Bad ones? What can I say? It's my guess that tmmi started as a company with an ambitious vision to change their part of the world with fractals. Along the way to success something happened. It doesn't really matter exactly what happened, just that "it" happened. What we're sniveling over now are the crumbs. From fractals to Elvis to Tru-def to law suits as sources of revenue. My how far the vision has fallen. Hardly the stuff of future IBM's. On a personal level, I feel sorry for Tom, as he's staked his future on tmmi's success. On an investor's level, it's sad to say that I see no evidence that he's succeeded in any area that is of value to investors. Arnie
