You've been far too generous w/your time already. People should do some of their own homework to have a stake in the game.

I'll help people to a point, but if it's obvious they haven't done any homework or are lazy I tend to ignore them. Should be a give and take environment where people do homework and share w/you as well.

I haven't followed Elroy at all to know, just making a general comment. You are very generous w/your ideas/thoughts.
