Do a search for "bitcoin" on youtube and all sorts of futurist predictions are there, hundreds of them, as always even a broken clock is right twice a day...
A few of these "soothsayers" will be right of course, and many of those who are right will write books crowing about how they predicted whatever happens.
Nobody knows... nobody. Its a spin of the roulette wheel because no one can do a valuation study on bitcoin, it has no P/E or use. Its like gold in a way it'll rise and fall according to the whims of the market, wars, climate, massive Trump like swindles, but unlike gold which is an element (and elements cannot really be created by man), bitcoin faces hundreds of other "elements" being created every day basically by get rich quick swindlers or even bumblers like the creators of dogecoin.
Gold has several competitors like platinum, silver, etc... bitcoin has hundreds, soon to be thousands.
My prediction: Same as gold except WAY more volatile... massive swings. There is a finite amount of wealth in the world and eventually crypto, like gold will reach an equilibrium, and like gold more and more will be produced. |
