I think there are aliens out there in such a vast universe, but I don't it is highly likely we are being visited by those aliens.

If we are being visited, then we might never know it (unless they want us to know) considering the vast technological edge they would have. Even if aliens are visiting, not announcing their presence, but not taking strong steps to hide it either (which seems an unlikely combination to me), almost all claimed sightings of aliens or their spacecraft would still be false, including even most credible sounding claims by trained or otherwise skilled observers with some pictures and/or video. Some (even some of the credible sound ones) would be hoaxes (either faked, or partial information released out of context) others would be just people jumping to a false conclusion about what they saw.

To put any numbers to it would to an extent be pulling something out of thing air, with nothing solid to support it, but I'd put the probability that extraterrestrials have visited Earth at less than 50/50 and the chance that they are actively visiting the Earth now to be less than 1 percent.
