Earlier this year I purchased shares in IRM, CCI and DLR. These were all new positions. At the time I thought DLR would probably be the top performer of the three but that didn't come to fruition. IRM with its 5.75% yield has outperformed them both by a long shot and the market as well.

Year to date:

IRM ... up 45.83%
CCI ... up 16.56%
DLR .. up 8.16%

^SPX ... up 10.64%

Anyway, I thought I would pass these along for further research if anyone is interested.

I have added to IRM a couple of more times since the initial purchase because my strategy calls for building positions of size in companies that are showing acceptable capital gains growth.
