I take my blood pressure three times daily, at fixed times, and

I do blood test for a bunch of indicators once per three months.

this video is about 70% correct, but she makes the movement too fast, too energetic, and does not tell us how to do the breathing part just right

but, yes, about 70% correct

I do not know anything about yoga other than observed folks who do it, but am fairly certain there are at least intersections between qi ging and yoga



this one below fills in some of the blanks, might veer towards mysticism (which I tend to shy away from). I prefer to call black magic simply as black magic or voodoo. but if voodoo works, per black and white cats, am not particular.
