Well, there obviously is some confusion about it. Joe did say he didn't want to try to explain it here because it was complicated and a 8k or somesuch was to be filed which would give more info. The long and short of it is, of course, how does it all work out down to the bottom line? That's where I was trying to go with all my questions. Until investors can figure out the numbers, it is going to cause the stock price to continue weak IMO. And if we long term holders can't figure out the numbers, how can we expect newbies to do any better? George
