Arizona seems much less interested in making headlines than in documenting.... and linking their findings to plans for making corrections...
The desperation in Maricopa County is palpable... Increasingly likely some there will end up in jail...
Small andom samples of ballots that a judge finally required be subjected to a count by auditors... are showing problems that are devastating in their implications...
The error rate... said to be in the double digits. Some extrapolate that into a Trump win by "millions" of votes... which, in Arizona, is what is consistent with all of the other evidence... But, the nature of the errors is perhaps more interesting than the impact on the count...
One particularly suspicious instance of a hard drive that was wiped... that, it was recently announced, has had the data sucessfully recovered... Probably not good news for the downtown homeboys...
The "hair on fire" media are already working on backpedaling... those willing to go down with the ship instead pushing the narrative that "its time to stop this"... as the effort made clearly is bearing fruit...
The DOJ has been operating spy planes overhead... with the capability to intrude and spy... collect the cell phone data of those present... but, also, with the ability to interfere in the data and the computation directly... That effort, too, along with the recent announcement from the County... claiming now that it is the auditors who are tampering with the machines to corrupt the count ? Laughable... as the legal position they have staked out is... that "it is not possible for the machines to be tampered with in that way"... which, both in making the effort, themselves, and in making the accusation, they themselves are now denying that is true?
The audit location has installed cell phone jammers and related technology... to prevent the Feds from collecting cell phone data and using it in threatening those participating, or prevent them working at altering the data as it is being reviewed... And, my guess would be, the spies are being spied upon to detect any potential violations of law in their wrongful attempts to intrude... upon what is a Constitutionally mandated STATE function.... in which the Feds have no legitimate role... including the Feds having no legitimate role in oversight...
A credible expert witness... who was present during the vote... saw Dominion with a live laptop linked to the web... during the count... and... etc. Now they are stonewalling to try to prevent access to the comm logs... that would show what that was about... at least in terms of "who was talking to who"... and, which machine it was doing the talking...
The legal technicality... is that in Arizona the machines have a standard to meet to be certified... and it is already blatantly obvious now that the Dominion machines FAIL to meet that standard... Accountability to follow, perhaps, for those knowingly enabling the breaking of the election systems and the laws...
But, the point of law... is that in Arizona, that the "machines were never legit" having been determined, means the rest of the forensics is likely beside the point... as "bad machines" means that the results of the wrongly conducted elections will probably be thrown out...
And, that is NOT just, or mostly, about Trump, or about 2020... but is about the aggregate impact over a couple of cycles prior... with all of the state and local officials being WRONGLY certified as having won those votes... that they cannot legally be said to have won... given the use of proven to be corrupt voting machines that do not meet the requirements of the law.
The consequece... might mean terminating the tenure of all existing state and local elected officials... to hold new elections that are not similarly capable of being compromised...
That is a potentially far larger impact coming... than "Trump really won in 2020"...
It is likely to result in OTHER states being forced into conducting similar audits... which are likely to result in similar findings... and perhaps similar outcomes in changes required... ?
This cheating using corrupt voting machines thing... has been going on for a long time...
That it is about to be exposed... in a way that requires public acknowledgement... long overdue... |
