Chirodoc; Call 1-800-666-4273 x 3904 ask for Lisa. Have Lisa send you a complete Investor relations package. Once you have studied this you will have a much better understanding of the differences that you wish to know. If you are willing to do this , then I will be happy to answer specific questions. My 2 cents : This is the next area of internet following by Wall Street. The list of companies will get bigger not smaller, but then some will fail. IMO: CYBG is going to be one of two or three companies that will survive. Why? Best product, Best security rating by Department of Defense, first in the business, and the only company so far to have both CA's and Firewall under one roof. Add the fact that this is the first company to have a Millennium Guard product probably six months ahead of competition and you can see why this is a company with a future. Notice I said company with a future not stock price. Stock prices can do anything short term but if I am half right the stock value will follow.
