PI @ Needham notes - 5/19/21

Fireside chat with CFO, VP Andy Cobb was there also but did not talk.

- Revenue is 70% End ICs and 30% systems, which includes reader ICs

- Their #1 market for End ICs is retail apparel, this constitutes between 2/3 and 3/4 of End IC revenue. Assets/Supply and Logistics are #2, Pharma #3.

- The 200mm wafer shortage is worse than the 300mm shortage.

- He said several times RAIN RFID experienced an inflection point in demand in Q4 and that continues. He doesn't think there is double ordering and also stated all of the IC orders are non-cancellable.

- The parcel level win in the large NA Logistics customer is at the very early stages.

- Gave some interesting metrics on TAM. He said the market is at 2% penetration overall. Retail apparel is at 15% in an 80B/year tag opportunity. Supply and Logistics is a 400B/yr opportunity. Food is in the Trillions.
