***Response from Joe Lanza***
Wes,
Mario is 21, lives in his own place, pays taxes, dates girls I don't like, and does other things I don't approve of. Mario is his own person. Sometimes he listens, sometimes he doesn't - probably like your own son.
Topnet is not my company. Neither I nor my wife owns any stock in it and we are not directors or officers; this is not to say that we couldn't some day but today we don't. So once again you are blasting away at me about things that are not under my control. Now, Jayne, myself, IWIC and (you forgot) Profit would be considered one entity for this purpose. So let's keep the record straight.
Also, read my posted response to "saclac's" posting (saclac's is number 1433) and you will see that IWIC has turned back a lot of stock to the company treasury. IWIC also gave back the preferred stock that it received as prepayment for consulting, so 1.9 million preferred B shares were kept by Xecom.
I am not the guy who's driving down the market, Wes, and if you would like to visit my office, I can prove that to you to your complete satisfaction, I'm sure. Why are you trying to paint me as the bad guy? Because I answered your questions when you called or because Xecom's share price is down and I'm the easiest one to point at?
