The reason why I moved to Bexhill in South UK was to help look after my parents in their final years. They are both passed on now. All that happened before Covid. That was a blessing as I dont know what would have happened if anyone had told me I could not hug my parents because of what a politician said. They both lived happy lives. Both were ardent pacifists. The human part of us is all we have at the end of the day.
