Hey Bum, good to see you posting. Check my lesson please! I'm guessing that cash ~ $13.6 M / 9.5M shares or ~ $1.40/ share cash. So stock price @ 4.40 less cash @ 1.40 = $3/share operational speculation. Assuming .50 ttm = 6Xearnings. Isn't that how to figure the dax value? Ricardo
