Richard: While fascinating that the guy has some patents, it doesn't prove he is for real as a business man. Maybe I should have clarified my question. Look, CUBE, IBM, ESST, and others are already in this marketplace with real working technology. In reality what does MPEG have? A contract to supply somebody? Do they have a working prototype? Do they have the funding needed to get this thing to market, if it is real?
