I say just ask any Marine today or any soldier today and they would much rather carry 20 pounds of batteries than a solar panel because no one would want to wait on the weather to get the job done, and besides, does this dumb bitch realize that solar panels DO NOT hold any energy???

Those solar panels reflect light, just what you don't want on the battle field and then the fighting stops at sundown and resumes at sunrise???
