Greg another slap in the face of shareholders. How is it that management at IPJ pulled thier company through these rough times and here at YRI we are sitting in the dust. If we have good properties lets expliot them for what theyre worht and bring in some JV.

Now that the financing is off will it be easier/harder/no difference
to JV some properties??????
