Interesting while doing kitchen chores.. RE show on radio,,, I can gift money tax free to kids I know already .. but IF there are doubts on them using it well... a loan can be set up... (again of course no taxes) .. with still pay back say 200K at 1$ weekly :) and upon my death here anyway .. it can be designated that loan is forgiven ... so you get best of both worlds.. a tiny control in life to keep kid on right track.. and tax free transfer.. If kid goes crazy .. conditions can be anyplace to recover

I am VERY anti taxing accumulated wealth .. or wealth tax upon death ... beyond liquidating say stocks and bonds ... Even a direct transfer to heirs tax free or minimized would be good.. taxing income is fine.. but over penalizing success is just plain wrong and bad...
