It is not Mr. Sinclair that I am concerned about. He seems, from the little I have heard, to be well respected and expert at his field. I think the particular members of the board are another story. Praxis mentioned the insider trading. Take a look at the selling that took place by certain individuals. I think you can see why, to some degree, how the stock dropped to its knees.

Again, many companies like these have great properties with crap for management. But the VSE has shown many examples of timely selling. That's life I guess.

This property has good qualities for many of the reasons that Mr. CLK has mentioned in the past. The area is in need of some sort of hydrocarbon supply. The coal basins are enormous and haven't been explored this intensively for a coalbed methane reserve. Coalbed methane seems to be the hot thing these days. Retail investors, however, who are more concerned with gold and diamonds, cannot visualize this kind of exploration venture. I have just recently educated myself of the virtues of CBM.

I guess what it comes down to is the information we receive from the company. If everything is on the up and up, in terms of geology, we all will be laughing to the bank. The business aspect, for example insider SELLING, cannot be controlled by us but can make one suspicious as to the motivations of the directors. Actions, my friend, speak louder than words.
