4th quarter earnings came in at 0.22/share, a few cents better than expected. That should give the stock price a good lift. Itron's profit of 2.3 million for the quarter dwarfs Cellnet's 3rd quarter revenue figure of 1.5 million (that's revenue for Cellnet, not profit). CNDS is near $10/share while ITRI is $16/share. So, given where CNDS valued, I'd expect ITRI trade higher.
