I understand your feelings about the dilution but as you said "the summer gave us the $$$$$ to buy Xyplex!!!!!!!" and that can only be helpful. The assets not showing up on the balance sheet are the large sales force which will be able to move NBase products as well as Xyplex' and to that extent the acquisition provides the possibilities for a strong kick in the momentum already ongoing.
