FatRumpLickers live in a world where LOW IQ FatRump doesn't wear diapers.

Not because he doesn't wear diapers (he does), but because people they don't like have noticed it and are Rolling On The Floor, Laughing Their Asses Off!!!

Some FatRumpLickers have even gone so far as to suggest the reason LOW IQ FatRump looks like he's wearing diapers is because he's wearing silk or rayon panties, and that's how they wrinkle!!!
