I've not bought many Dells because we couldn't really mark them up. But they have always been rock-solid. Lenovo servers are, too. Not the cheap crap you get from so many other places. I have quite a few customers in remote areas who need another PC at times but don't want to spend the money -- and have no need for performance. I have them get refurbished Dells lots of times. They can't tell the difference, and pay 300 bucks for them. They usually have a small SSD with a middle of the road i5 or i7. Amazon delivers them in one or two days -- faster than they could get a repairman to wherever they are lol. I have a customer in Fresno that has bought a lot of them, though, and they're happy with them, too.
