Zenabis warrants to delist, Hexo warrants to trade

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Hexo Corp. has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Zenabis Global Inc., pursuant to a plan of arrangement, by issuing 0.01772 of a Hexo share for each Zenabis share held. In connection with the arrangement, the Zenabis share purchase warrants will now be exercisable for Hexo shares, and the Hexo warrants will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on June 3, 2021, under the symbol HEXO.WT and Cusip No. 428304 16 6, in substitution for the Zenabis warrants.

According to the TSX, the Zenabis warrants, trading under the symbol ZENA.WT, are currently exercisable into 1.3888 Zenabis shares at $2.75 for 1.3888 Zenabis shares (or an effective price of $1.98 per one whole Zenabis share). The Zenabis warrants will be delisted from the TSX on June 3, 2021.
