What is anyones comment on the drilling update??

Does anyone when the earnings will be announced - 2/5 ??

Stock had a good day on good volume today - +1/8 774k shares
but cant seem to close above 6.

Another class action lawsuit against was announced after the close today - sorry, I dont know how to hyperlink yet ! Last lawsuit announced seemed to be a non -event.
