Have you seen how fast business embraced higher wages after decades of saying it'd destroy jobs? They raised wages and still can't find workers, proving that that nonsense was nonsense. Don't forces workers on welfare and see what happens? They'll come around on taxes too - when it's too late. As you know I don't hold American CEOs in high regard. They've got to be the dumbest creatures on the face of the earth to not know low wages destroyed the middle class and their top and bottom line. Now they need government money to create the illusion of growth. Most of them need to be fired and they'll get $100 million because failure is rewarded in this sick version of capitalism.
