Hello David: I sold my shares of AUR(Aurora Electronic) in a tender offer in Feb 96. The tendering of shares is not a quick process. Maybe 2 months on AUR. A tender offer must be sent thru your broker to you and then you have a time period to decide if you want to accept the offer. They pay all fees and commissions if you accept. After the tender offer was completed (@2 7/8) two weeks later the stock went to 4.+. AUR is now AURU and delisted to junkyard. Anyway, any news is good new here. It may be too hard to track COVN with all the name changes. Boca Raton, Fla in the past flies a "RED FLAG". (one time named home of the stock scam by ???Stock detective article?????). IMO of course
