Here is the crux of the study you are currently touting:


The observational study, published by medRxiv, found that antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine, along with zinc, could increase the coronavirus survival rate by as much as nearly 200% if distributed at higher doses to ventilated patients with a severe version of the illness.


But last year, everyone including you was saying that HCQ would only be effective if it was taken early in the course of the disease. It wouldn't work once the person was seriously ill.

And let's not overlook the facts that (1) this is only one study, (2) it is an observational study and (3) it is a preprint and no peer reviewed.
